POLIS is Columbia’s premier pre-professional society for students interested in government and policy. Our brothers join an undergraduate network of students—both at campus and nationwide—that cultivates the skills necessary for careers in public service and beyond.

Our purpose is to promote, deepen, and advance the interests of students passionate about pursuing careers in or related to government or politics. We are both social and professional! We offer a family-like environment through our social events and coffee chats. Along with brilliant professional development workshops, panels, speaker events, and more. Our brothers have access to the POLIS national network, and internal internship and academic databases.
