POLIS at Columbia is a community for everyone! You can join our General Body and receive information about our organization's programming, and professional resources.
For people interested in becoming a POLIS Fellow (Brother), recruitment events are held at the beginning of each Fall and Spring Semester. There is an online application and three rounds of interviews/invite-only events. Attendance to all events is not mandatory but heavily encouraged!

Any CUID holder can join our General Body! G-body members are part of the greater community of Columbia who are interested in politics, government, and law, and want to attend POLIS programming events. Fellows go through a recruitment process and training period to become leaders of our club and campus community! Fellows join a tight-knit community of people, which we call the brotherhood, and are eligible to run for E-Board. Both types of members have voting eligibility
No! POLIS is a community of members with unique and diverse experiences, backgrounds, and interests. There is no required major to apply.
